5th Turespaña Convention 2025 in Cáceres

The 5th Turespaña Convention will take place in the city of Cáceres from October 7 to 9, 2025.

The central theme of this fifth edition will be experiential tourism, while maintaining a strong focus on the economic, social, and environmental sustainability of the tourism sector.

The event will retain its usual format, beginning with the Convention’s official opening on Wednesday, October 8, followed by a further day of presentations and discussions on Thursday, October 9. Bilateral meetings between tourism-sector representatives and the Spanish Tourism Counselors will take place beforehand, on Tuesday, October 7.

The Turespaña Convention is primarily aimed at organizations responsible for managing and promoting Spanish tourism destinations; companies and associations offering tourism products and services; and representatives of public- and private-sector organizations, universities, and technology companies connected to the tourism industry.

Antonia Varela, Director of the Starlight Foundation, will participate in a roundtable discussion at the invitation of Spain’s Director General of Tourism.
